I just finished making my tamales for Christmas and have A LOT of extra masa... any suggestions on something I can do with it? We're having Christmas Eve at our house and doing an appetizer theme, so some type of finger food would be great, but I'm open to any type of idea
FYI I'm not a big fan of sweet tamales or anything, I'd rather use the masa for a savory dish... thanks!

DO SOME MINI SOPES AND MINI QUESADILLAS. THOSE WILL BE A HIT..
Make Little bite size sopes with bean and cheese for appetizer.
just prep the sope tortillas now and save them.
Do you have any leftover corn husks? Sometimes, when we run out of meat, we’ll make tamales with just the masa and the chili sauce. Hmm…could throw in some cheese or something.
