i like the NYC theme because since this is your sweet 16, you want it to look more mature and trendy. You could have like a “bouncer” that takes the ticket invites (love that idea btw) and have it look like a hot club and and alot of fancy(but affordable) decorations and etc. have it when it gets dark and add bright neon lights or black lights to create the mood.
semi formal is a must. its your sweet 16! people shouldn’t wear like jeans to it! go for hot dresses
I love the NYC party idea. B/c you can wear semi formal attire and its mature yet fun. I think the hawain is to youthful and night sky theme may be to mature. Also with the NYC theme you could incorparate the night sky theme. But happy 16th B-day!
Last year I had a hawian theme. It was VERY fun. we all wore lays and have a cool cake that had a sunst on it. I love that Idea and the NYC theme. So fun! At you house would be a great idea. Good luck and Happy Sweet 16!!

if it was mine, i would have to choose between the Hawaiian theme and the night theme.
Hawaiian is more summery, and june is close to summer. and for the night theme, i think it would be better to have it when it is dark and then you could have a load of fairy lights in your garden which would look really nice
