2 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayo
1 (1 oz) package dry ranch dressing mix

I DON’t add the pimentos, but I do add mini bacon bits (real, not imitation) to them – YUMMY!! Easy and wonderful to eat!!!
You can bring a plate of fresh fruit (pineapple, strawberries, cantaloupe, etc) or you can make a coffee cake or muffins either from a recipe or store bought mix. I’ve also included a recipe for sausage balls. My sister makes these quite a bit. The recipe calls for a dip, but it’s not needed.
Take chicken wings from the store, soak it in buttermilk for 3hr, combine some onion powder, paprika, pepper, salt, with all-purpose flour. Bread crumbs microified with food processer, butter and shortening.
Align an assembly line with a plate of the soaked chicken, another with bread crumbs and another with flour. Becareful of cross-comtaimination, chickens are full of it. Use paper towel to soak the extra buttermilk, put it on bread crumbs, put it on flour, and try to readd some bread crumbs before throwing it in 2 cups criso shortening and half stick of butter.
preheat your dutch oven to 375F with your oil themoteter, leave the wings in there for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Bacon muffins. YUM!! Here’s the recipe:

Hi:
These is very easy to prepare and it will look very classy:
Cream cheese rolls
Buy a large package of philadelphia cream cheese (one large package per roll)
Ham
Liquid cream
1 cup of chopped pecans
You blend a package of ham pour liquid cream until it takes a consistency needed to spread with a mini bit of salt.
Then you take the cream cheese bar and place it between 2 aluminium foil sheets (aprox like a paper sheet) then using a jar or a cilinidric object flatten the cheese (over de aluminum foil)
then remove the upper aluminum sheet and spread the ham mixture now start rolling it slowly removing the bottom aluminum sheet.
Then cover this roll with the chopped pecans
you can serve it like this or slice it in circles (like sushi) and you serve it with crackers on the side so your guests can spread it .
and Bon appetite
I hope it was usefull
and that I expressed correctly (I dont speak english that well)
Good luck!
bread pudding
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick butter, softened
4 cups eggnog (quart of store bought)
10 to 12 day old buttermilk biscuits
3/4 cup raisins (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a large bowl beat the eggs until frothy. Add the sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, and cinnamon.Mix well. Add butter and eggnog. Beat well. Crumble the biscuts fine and add to mixture. Add raisins.Mix well. Pour into an ungreased 13×9x2 pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, or until lightly brown.
sausage balls are good
Since it is a breakfast party, I would suggest buying the phyllo dough cups (in the grocers refrigerated section) brown sausage, mix eggs and milk and pour over cooked sausage, scramble egg and sausage mixture, then fill cups with mixture, top with shredded cheese and bake in the oven, probably 10-15 minutes.
Happy holidays!!
sausage balls
3 c bisquick,10 oz grated cheese,sharp cheddar
1 lb bulk sausage, crumble and fry
1/4 c water
Mix together . roll in small balls no bigger than 1/2 dollar. bake at 400 for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet . they are delicious and never have any left . good luck and merry christmas.
Buy some Pillsbury crescent rolls and before rolling them up spread a thin layer of a mixture of cream cheese and powdered sugar, sprinkle with a few chocolate chips then roll up and bake. It’s a nice surprise and something different that’s not the eggs and bacon that everyone else is bringing.
