Can’t think of any other finger foods at the moment, will post again if I think of any. But will love to help with the nachos.

Easy Nachos
1 Lg. Velveeta – diced
1 Can Rotel

Melt Velveeta either in microwave or in a slow cooker. Once melted, add Rotel. If you still think it’s not creamy enough as you would like, add some milk.

This is our family recipe, and is always a HUGE hit at parties at what not. Enjoy♥♥

For Finger foods you can try cheese and crackers, crackers and spinache dip or a cheese ball or dip (tastes different than just plain cheese), some fruit with a toothpick, or some nuts. Hope you enjoy the food.

If you want a sweet treat try Peanut Butter Cup cookies:

* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
* 1 large egg, beaten

* 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Cream peanut butter, butter, sugar and brown sugar until fluffy.

Add egg, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt’ mix well.

Roll into 1-inch balls (I use small cookie scoop) and place in miniature muffin tins with or without papers.

Bake 8-10 minutes at 375°F.

When tins are removed from oven, immediately press 1 peanut butter cup into the center of the cookie.

Allow to cool completely before removing cookies from the tin.
